Several years ago we bought our gas fireplace from Alpine, the fireplace has been amazing as well as the service we have received over the years any time we had a question or needed anything. This year after a family crisis I needed help to get it set up for winter. Laurence was very kind and compassionate about my situation and set up service quickly, Chirs was the man he sent to get the fire place ready for winter.
