Absolutely terrible these guys are they accepted my car and the morning of when it was supposed p minutes out refused to see my car even when I told them that another ford place did the replacement on my engine and it got the the point the insurance company Shannon’s deemed that my car was a ride off due to ford putting in an engine wrong and Cooma ford decided not to listen and then treat me like garbage because when they did work on my car they said it would be done in a day I had to come back the best day and they still w... read more
Purchased a Ford Ranger recently and found that the team are very helpful and the communication was great. From the competitive pricing the order process in November to the build and delivery in January. Jim and his female assistant (sorry forgot her name I think it as Alyssa) were helpful and to Tim with the delivery process. Jim delivered the car to my home. Friendly team and would recommend this dealer.
Can’t recommend the service team enough… Tim was very helpful with arranging a loan vehicle for us on short notice. The communication was excellent from the service team. Cheers guys
