Updated details about my experience: The owner called to apologize and offered to refund my kids for the Mother’s Day order, as well as to send a fresh bouquet to my daughter . I would have given a 5 star review for this had the owner initially provided this type of customer service excellence when I initially notified Alpine Flowers about the flowers. Lovely gifts besides flowers
We have had the opportunity to use Alpine Flowers’ services many times over last few years. They never disappoint! For floral arrangements, we use their “designers’s choice” option because they do such a beautiful job each and every time. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We were very happy with the exceptional service from Luc at Alpine Flowers & Gifts. We are from southern Ontario and called in to get an individualized gift basket for a couple that are getting married this weekend. Luc was very pleasant and accommodating on the phone. He took the time to email some gift ideas and pricing. Long story short, the couple received the basket in a timely manner and were absolutely thrilled with the gift. Thank you Luc!
