Not happy with my experience at all. My flowers were dead when I received them. They were a gift that I drove in from out of town for and they had me wait almost an hour. Even as I expressed that I wasn't impressed with their work they rudely stated they didn't have time to fix them. The flowers were dead! I don't know how to tell my sweet boyfriend that is out of town that he wasted over $100 on something that looks worse than a grocery store bouquet.
We were truly impressed with the beautiful and fresh gorgeous flowers in our Sympathy arrangement, delivered on time after ordering just a day before . Thsnk you .
