This is my happy place! The staff is warm and welcoming, the children’s room is an absolute life saver for this single Mom. No need to drive down the hill! My kids and I love the protein muffins and the spicy breakfast burrito is our fav!
A great facility without judgement. Enough equipment that you’re not waiting around too long for a machine and diverse so you hit most spots physiologically. The food really is tasty with grab and go options for breakfast lunch and dinner for a busy but health conscious lifestyle. The locker room is well kept and the bathrooms are impeccably clean.
