About this business
Alpine Fitness started over 25 years ago as a showroom for gym equipment. We decided to open our showroom to the public, allowing our members to workout on brand new equipment like never before. Alpine Fitness has since expanded and partnered with Alpine Physical Therapy to provide an all-in-one solution for those who are serious about their physical fitness and well-being. We've also added boxing and nutrition coaching. We plan to continue to add new programs to better meet the needs of our clients and members.

I am a woman in my 40s and have four kids. It was recommended to me as part of a trauma recovery program to do personal training as a way to stay connected with and appreciate my body. I was looking for a place that did the flexibility testing and had certified trainers. Alpine Fitness trains all or most of the trainers in the valley from what I understand, and they pick the top tier to work there at the gym. This gym is sick. It never feels overcrowded like other gyms I’ve been to. Everyone’s super professional and the workers can give you tips and help spot. There’s windows everywhere so the natural light and views are beautiful. There’s tons of equipment and all the machines are brand new and super clean. There are physical therapists and aides here that can also help if you want to add that to your membership and other services which is a plus!
