I manage a large manufacturing facility and the folks at Pye Barker have always provided excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable and always on-time for their scheduled service. We have used them for trainings as well as for their fire suppression and safety services. I highly recommend them.
This review is for Pacific Fire & Security, who is now part of Pye-Barker Fire & Safety. Short version: Spare yourself and just don't use them. Long version: 1.) Minimum of $450-$500 just to show up, even if they're only doing 20-30 mins of inspection work. With that price tag, you'd expect high levels of professionalism, right? 2.)
