Don't waste your money. They never honored the 5 year warranty I had. Would never return contacts. As of 4/6/2023, their website says they are accredited by the BBB. According to the BBB of Dallas as of 4/6/2023, they are not. Be aware.
Beware of doing business with this company. They Installed fence and has just given us the run around about coming back out to make some repairs. The fence is under warranty, but all they do is avoid us or gives us excuses for several months. Very bad customer service and unprofessional.
Don't know where they got the A+ rating from. Bought a fence from them in 2009 and paid for a 5 year extended warrantee. When I tried to make a claim on the warranty in the 5 year period, I would get this same email virtually every time ... "I did receive this message and will be at out office within the hour. As soon as I pull the paperwork, I will contact you. What number is best to reach you this morning? Lajenia". This was copied direct from one of the e-mails I received. Alpine Fence put forth a very competitive bid from the start and furthermore, worked with me to ensure that I got my dream fence. They were very quick and professional when it came to the actual construction. The finished fence looks beautiful, and I hope to maintain it as well as I can.
