My doctor when I finally get to see him talk to me is great, but the service at this office is horrible, got left on hold when calling about a stat CT scan. You would think they would care more.
I do not recommend this office. Saw the doctor and it was nothing special. They called and told me my labs looked fine but never sent them to me and did not provide any details. Later, I called three times to ask them a question and each time they said they would call me back and they didn't. Today I called to try and make an appointment and they answer with a "hello", as I am calling someone I know personally. I asked if it was Alpine Family Practice and they said yes. I've been a patient since I was 17. I am now 32 in my second pregnancy with Dr. Dena. She has been my doctor through all the major points of my life and has been a great medical professional. We had a long discussion on the pros and cons of various treatment options for my depression when my younger sister died. She diagnosed my neuro-cardio syncope with appropriate referrals to a cardiologist and maintaining follow up with me in the 10 years since. I felt like I was being treated like another dollar. doctors didn’t really care about me they were just interested on how much they are making off of my insurance. I asked for my medical records but no one sent it to me they were just calling and verbally telling me information. They were running unnecessary tests, I was glad to be transferred to the absolute best facility for pregnant women. If you are pregnant pick a different facility. If you want a doc to care and to not be a sales person pick a different facility I mean... read more
