Update 1/7/2026 Received a call from Dr. Dena on 1/4/2016 and talked about the situation. Sounds like there were some communication issues within the clinic that would be addressed and some issues when they were trying to submit the prior authorization. She apologized for the issues, got the preauthorization submitted. I picked up my prescription yesterday. Thank you again for reaching out and taking care of this situation! So far my experience has been frustrating to say the least. I had an appointment on 12/12/25 with Dr Dena (after my significant other has been seeing her husband Dr. Quinn- who has been awesome). My appointment was to get medication refilled (former dr went elsewhere) and also to find out if I was a candidate for some weight loss medication. (Significant other had appointment for weight loss meds, was seen/approved and had meds within 4 days.) Was told I was a candidate, had a follow up weight in on 12/16/2025, was prescribe... read more
Dr. Dana is a good doctor but you have to go in every time she renews a prescription, which is ridiculous when I have been on the medication for two years. In the last few months, I have been in over 3 times. I feel like they just want to bill the insurance and take your copay and really don't need to see you. I can't take time off work everytime a prescription needs to be filled, I am going to find someone else!!
