I have been going to Dr Strayer for a year and a half and despite being a long-standing patient was treated very unprofessionally. I paid out-of-pocket for cleaning but was still charged by the insurance company and Dr Strayer's office forget to inform my insurance. Dr Strayer's office refused to give me back the money and said they'll call me back but haven't yet called me back. Similarly, my wife was overcharged and we received the check back only after about 7 months!!!! And this after our reminding them a couple of times... read more
