Bought a house and some of my electric plugs look burned and in bad shape. i turned off the power on the switchs so kids would not use them and made a claim with my home insurance who contacted alpine electric. The following day I was at work and the technician who showed up to my house, saw an easy fix and just returned the power to the old plugs without replacing them. My dad had an electric issue last night that had him concerned! He called for service around 10pm! George answered his late call and talked him through it. He advised waiting until the AM would be best for this. They showed up prompt and early this morning to take care of the issue. His technician was so amazing! Above and beyond anything expected, fixed the issue quickly and was extremely affordable! My dad isn't easily impressed, but has been talking about how great Apline Electric was to him all day! Thanks guys!
Great local company giving back to the El Paso Community
Parents home had a small fire accident due to very old electric cables. Called the company, showed up on time, was very honest since it's a very old home and nothing of this type of work had ever been done. Loved the explanation, gave me full details including the estimate and about how long the work would take. Their workers showed up on time everyday as said. The staff at Alpine Electric are very professional and courteous. They came to my house to install LED lights and did a great job. They arrived in a timely manner, did the installation and did not leave a mess. You can have peace of mind when you hire them.
