We had some major engine problems just 8 miles out from Alpine, Texas. Limped in at 30mph, to Alpine diesel service. Why 5stars, because they drove the next day out of town to get the parts needed to fix our Truck. Above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and all around caring people. They even service unionpacific RR Engines.
Great people, great customer service, very fair labor prices, very knowledgeable mechanics and staff. We had an issue with our diesel motorhome as we passed the shop. They immediately saw us, diagnosed the problem and had the part ordered and installed in a couple of days. Whether you are local or in our case we were not, they treated us like we had been in Alpine are whole lives, like friends. I have nothing but high praise for everyone there. Thanks guys....you are awesome
I appreciated that this guys were willing to work on a diesel pusher exhaust the day after Christmas. Unfortunately the repair they did only lasted us to Fort Stockton, when it had cost well over $400.
If you have to break down while on a trip, this is the place you hope is close. After hours and he came to help us, scheduled a time for the next day. He knows his stuff and very honest and helpful. I highly recommend them if you need an excellent mechanic!
