If I could give zero star I would, I was contacted by Alpine Dental to book an appointment for my TMJ injury after a motor vehicle accident, but they refused to book me because they “don’t deal” with MVA clients even though my insurance covers 100% of the cost. I kept explaining that I have all my adjuster’s information and claim number ready, but they were more focused on demanding payment up front, even though the payment was already guaranteed by insurance. Fantastic experience at Alpine Dental. Dr. Marc-Olivier Bergeron was on time and very thorough in his exam, with Jan the dental hygienist assisting Dr. Bergeron extremely friendly and professional. My cleaning and polish with Keli was done extremely well, she was funny, professional and kind throughout. I would highly recommend this dental practise, the best one in the area!
Dr. Brescia, Elise and team are extremely professional and welcoming. Dr. Brescia and Elise, dental hygienist, both took the time to explain procedures, appliances and exercises to support dental and jaw health. We are very pleased with the services provided.
I hate to admit it but I actually look forward to going to dentist now. Thanks Alpine Dental for crushing my old ways. The friendly and courteous staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend Alpine Dental to anyone
