I've always had great experiences at Alpine Dental. Keli always goes above and beyond with my hygiene appointments and both Dr. Cheung and Dr. Bergeron are thorough and take the time to listen to any of my concerns. Would highly recommend!
I came to this clinic for TMJ condition and was referred to a terrible sleep clinic resulting us with over $1000 loss of money. Was sold by this clinic that the sleep clinic was amazing and wouldn’t push any unnecessary expenses. It turned out absolutely the opposite. This dental clinic should seriously retrain their staff to be ethnical and professional as well as not to mislead patients to scams, meanwhile making sure their referral services are indeed trustworthy. If I could give zero star I would, I was contacted by Alpine Dental to book an appointment for my TMJ injury after a motor vehicle accident, but they refused to book me because they “don’t deal” with MVA clients even though my insurance covers 100% of the cost. I kept explaining that I have all my adjuster’s information and claim number ready, but they were more focused on demanding payment up front, even though the payment was already guaranteed by insurance.
