Warning. Verify your insurance will cover. Get in writing a consult is no charge. I was suppose to be reimbursed for a xray that is covered only once on my insurance. Due to being referred to a Endodontist and Dr. Heasley thinking it was a bone tumor or a needed root canal. I seen a Endodontist and having to have another panoramic xray because the one Alpine sent was grainy. I had to pay out of pocket because the reimbursement was never done. Dr. Weasley (hope I’m spelling that right) and his assistant were Awesome. I’ve asked to have him be my dentist from here out!! Dr. Reil did an excellent job repairing my chipped front tooth!! He was very gentle as well! His assistant was great too!!
They canceled my final appointment for delivery of my final framed partials. I have been waiting over 6 months for. No explanations to why the management canceled this appointment. They are forcing people to buy the Alpine plan in order to have work completed that has been pre paid for months prior. Be cautious and stay on your game with this place. Great work though if you can get through the gates of hell. The front desk is a nightmare. Rude staff and all smiles about it.
