Edit: I was extremely upset after receiving a bill for $2000 for a procedure done nearly a year ago, when I was supposed to have a zero balance. I received a call from Victoria and she worked with me to fix the issue. She sent an appeal to my insurance and I also called and was just informed the issue has been fixed.
