Great drop in experience. Coach Lisa and the other athletes were super helpful and welcoming.

I cannot speak highly enough about Alpine CrossFit! The coaches are incredible and help you feel both supported and challenged. Alpine does an amazing job of creating a space to push yourself while having fun and feeling safe doing so. I love being a part of the warm and encouraging community they have here and I have never been so excited to be somewhere at 6:30am. Highly recommend!
