If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was by far one of the worst and most frustrating hotel experiences I have ever had. We informed the hotel well in advance that we would be arriving late, yet despite this, we were left standing and waiting for nearly TWO HOURS just to get the keys to our room. One of the worst experiences of our entire journey. Despite informing the hotel about our late arrival, we were left waiting outside in the cold for hours with no way to check in. We tried everything, calling the hotel representatives countless times with no response, and even had to seek help from the police. Extremely frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable customer service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving late, but we were left waiting nearly 2 hours for our room keys. Despite countless calls, Jessi - The main hotel representative never answered. The situation became so bad that we had to call the police for assistance. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and communication. I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel.
