My husband and I are so impressed with Dean the owner of Alpine Construction and we are definitely happy that we chose him for our home improvement project. We added a 700 sq ft screened in patio with a 20 ft gable roof. Completely unprofessional and not worth your time to pursue…we never received the building quote we were promised over multiple attempts. He did not return phone calls or emails. If I could give him a negative rating, I would.
Dean and his mom are terrific people. As a builder Dean will build what want, unlike most cookie- cutter builders in Savannah Lakes. He will assist in evaluating lots and in general has a lot of local knowledge to share. Personally Alpine Construction is the builder we will use.
