AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I sent in my Bed and Bath linens this morning for wash and fold. I just went to make the bed and saw stitching in the center of my FRETTE Italian sheet. THEY TORE MY FRETTE SHEET and must have stitched it up and thought I wouldn’t say anything?? It’s right down the center of the sheet—destroyed! They returned the laundry to me without telling me that they had torn my FRETTE sheet. Maybe they saw the label and didn’t want to be responsible for replacing it?? It's hard to find an apartment with a laundry room in the UES. Luckily, Alpine Cleaners is right around the corner. Not only do they pick up and deliver, they are super friendly and my clothes and household items always arrive smelling fresh and expertly folded. And, they use only organic stuff. Win win win. Love this place!
