Love this place and the cheesecake BUT as I was paying for my gas they literally dropped the price 8 cents a litre, the girl changed the price as my card was clearing. We were shocked as it would have been easy to tell me to wait as you have to go in and give them the amount you want to spend, I did a fill. 50 litres.
A bunch of dedicated volunteers running this place, very well organized considering the chaos that must exist behind the scenes, with thousands of books coming going! Job well done, and a huge selection of very cheap used books. I am a voracious reader.And this is my go to spot!
