Horrified by lack of interest after dogs escaped. Our two dogs ended up with Animal Control after leaving the Alpine Canine facility. Alpine Canine did not contact us for hours. I emailed them the next day to ask how our dogs got out, looking for reassurance that they could prevent it from happening again since we didn't necessarily want to stop using their service. Owned by A** H****. I drive by it going to town and back home One Sunday (they are closed on the weekend) a group of people, behind their locked gate threw a rock that destroyed my $300.00 windshield. Have had other problems with them!
Our dog always arrives and comes home happy!
