Initiating contact with them is impossible. Concerning to say the least after seeing so many positive reviews. Maybe they just had an off week?
My dog had serious problems while there. It left me a bit confused and concerned. My dog was recovering from an auto-immune condition going in, and so I'd told them he maybe needed to be watched closely. He ended up suffering form a completely unrelated condition while there, but I'm not sure it was addressed as well as it could have been. At about 10 days in I get a call that he was not eating and hadn't been for two meals. I could not be happier with the doggie daycare here! The staff is so warm and caring. Even though we've only been a few times they know my dog by name and provide really helpful insight about how she is doing, day-to-day. Cost is reasonable.
Great service. Always there to take Lola even last minute.
