They started out great to work with. Our cabinets are beautiful, however, as we started installing them we noticed some mistakes. Most we could fix and were no big deal but the biggest mistake is that they drilled the peg holes on one of our tallest pantry cabinets wrong so now the shelves can’t sit inside without being slanted. Started emailing back and forth with Dave L. on August 5th. He seemed really on the ball at first, getting me a quote for a bathroom vanity within two days, followed by more detail about the quote a few days after. I had a couple more questions after that follow-up, and I was ready to make a deal, but I have not heard from him since that quote follow-up (which was on August 12th) and I have emailed him 3 times since then (it is now the 30th). This review is specifically for a designer named Kristen Elliott who organized the ordering and purchase of our replacement vanity through Alpine Cabinets. She came to our home and took specific measurements of the existing vanity and we had a follow up meeting where we discussed finalized plans the day it was ordered. We recently remodeled our condo and we were so lucky to meet Kristen and Alpine Cabinets. While shopping for flooring, we happened to be talking with another couple and they mentioned they were working with a designer and shared Kristen's info. Kristen came out the next day, looked at our project, and came up with the perfect combo of colors and materials for our kitchen and bathroom. As a part of our bathroom renovation, we ordered two sets of vanities with cabinets from Alpine. They were very prompt in coming out and taking measurements and very communicative with us from day one. The cabinets were manufactured perfectly, and the perfect finish that we wanted. There were one or two small corrections that had to be made damage were that they took it back and delivered the right product. We also ordered a custom low cabinet that was delivered perfectly.
