We used them for our kitchen remodel and loved working with everyone at alpine! They were so helpful and listened to what we wanted. We love our cabinets! Great quality cabinets and they look beautiful!
I had a fantastic experience with Alicia Laney in Timnath. I stopped by the warehouse, presented a cabinet door they made for our condo, which we messed up, and Alicia was back to me with a solution within a couple of hours. Very appreciative! Thank you, Alicia!
Went to showroom. Assistant was rude and less than helpful. Tried to upsale me instead of listening to what I wanted to do. Told me to go homeandmeasure my own doors and drawers, then email her to get an estimate. Almost did it until I read all the negative reviews about them never gettingback to you. Guess they don't need anyones business??.They sure lost mine.
I visited the showroom months ago and left copies of my plans. They never bothered to get me a quote! If service is that bad before the sale, I can only imagine how bad it would be after the sale if there was a problem!
another 1 star review. went by to request a small amount of stain - i needed to repair a small area of damage to a cabinet; Alpine had installed them when the house was built a few years ago and my puppy had damaged one. sadly it didn't work out. after waiting ten minutes with nobody acknowledging my presence (despite someone in the back office seeing me then looking away), not only was the gentleman who worked there rude, he was aggressive - to the point that he followed me out of the store to berate me and swear at me in t... read more
