Extremely disappointing experience with Andrew Hedlund, the service manager. Andrew was incredibly attentive and persuasive when trying to win my business. He criticized other highly rated local repair shops, assured me I should trust his team, and worked hard to convince me that this dealership was the better choice. Alpine motors!!! If you want a No games, No pressure, auto shopping experience with all the information that you can ask for Rob Nagle at Alpine is the one you want to see. I had the best experience possible at this dealership. I needed to get my wife a new car but was out of town. I talked with Chris Tomlinson on the phone and had my wife bring her 4Runner in as a trade. Bought it over the phone and couldn’t have gone better. I went here skeptical that we could make something work and Chris and Noah went way above and beyond with pricing, service, and care. I would recommend them to anyone. Best dealership ever.
