Lowell came out to evaluate the condition of our log home that had been neglected for years. He explained the issues that the home had, and the restoration work needed to bring back its beauty in terms that we could understand and made sense. I don't think I will ever be able to trust anyone as much as I trust Lowell with my home. My husband and I purchased a beautiful log home, but never owned a log home before. We reached out to Lowell because he was the only log home specialist with the best track record & reviews. He drove 3 hrs for the inspection prior to purchase and then after the purchase we hired him/his crew for the recommended repairs to get it up to shape. Lowell and his crew did “ a very good job on cleaning, backer trod Instalation, chinking and permalink staining to preserve the wood and make the seams water tight. I had to clean up some minor details during and at the end of the process. I had 2 issues 1) in terms of a part that was verbally agreed upon by Lowell but he denied being responsible for it because it was not put in the contract!. I had a number of log ends that needed to be replaced from rot and woodpeckers. It also needed staining again. (Alpine stained and did minor touch up 9 years ago.). Looks brand new! This is very specialized work. You can trust your cabinet repairs to Alpine. Manuel and his team did a phenomenal job.
