Great people
I tried to give this bank a chance by opening a new account, unfortunately I was met with a bad attitude from Candi and nonsensical time wasting questions and decided to give up. Sad that customer care and friendly service aren’t offered at the local banks. If this is the status quo days are numbered for local branches especially when everything is going online
They won't stop sending me paper statements even though I requested them to stop and they charge me for it every time. The app is also very glitchy. Try to get help with it and that's pointless
