I've lived here 13 years. You'll be greeted by really nice staff, and this branch has great staff retention. Make sure you 'ask' because you never know, don't assume 'no' because it was my experience and good forturne that they listened to me, looked closely at me beyond the typical criteria and said 'yes' and it worked out well for both of us, I have a nice little home and they have a loyal and good paying client.
