Staff are always helpful and they have dog treats for your dog. Pretty good banking experiences overall, but the music in the lobby is pretty heavy. It’s butt rock and guitar solos when I am in there most of the time - at pretty high volume. Nobody wants that vibe in the bank. If it were a construction site, that would be different.
I asked Danny Craft at Alpine Bank for a disability accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Instead of simply complying with federal law ADA Title III – 42 U.S.C. §12182, I was forced into a legal dispute. For a bank that serves the public, accessibility and compliance should come first.
