I made a phone call to Alpine Bank questioning my choice of bank. The lady behind the line was Judy Conwell and because of her I will never change banks as long as she is there. I called multiple times and she always answered and called back when she said she would. If she was not a 100% certain about something, she checked just to make sure. This lady should be a model to what all employees should look like. If you had a team of Judy's there would be no competition in banking. Thank you Judy and Alpine Bank.
Went to get a small business loan with a complete feasibility study and they turned us down saying we do not need another business in Rifle Colorado. Funny the same type of business opened a year later by a board member. Another bank did lend us the money so now we are competing with the member company. Took 3 years but now they are out of business. Bottom line if you aren't kissing the right persons ass from the bank you are nobody.
