Very ethical , professional and helpful. The coolant in my radiator was all over my engine when I arrived in McCall from Boise. I couldn't find the problem and I was very concerned. I looked up mechanics on the internet and took it to Alpine, not knowing much about them. They were extremely busy and booked with business, but they still came out to my truck anyway to look at the problem. They quickly identified it was a busted radiator cap.
