Jamie and staff at Alpine did their absolute best trying to resolve an issue on a BMW x5 that I had newly purchased. Unfortunately it ended up needing to go to a BMW dealer to be fixed as it had to do with the PHEV side of the drivetrain that only their technicians had access to. I want to commend them on their upfront transparent way they handle servicing your vehicle and excellent customer service there. I’d highly recommend them.
We drive almost three hours to get here because its a great shop. Been coming to the 'Haus for years and have always been treated right and rolled away with the car(s) driving and sounding great (except the one that wasn't worth fixing - which they were super helpful about as well).
