Online and on shop says 9 AM open. I made a reservation with U-Haul for 11 so I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. Got here at 8:50 so I had just enough time for check-in to learn the guy won’t be here until 9:30. It’s almost ten now still no service. I had appointments to get to today and am way behind schedule because of this places lack of service. Please never rent a U-Haul from them. Word of caution I bought a vehicle from Alpine via Yassir. I'm from out of state and they had the vehicle I was looking for. I read their great reviews as well as their reputation online and locally. There were no red flags. Everyone seemed happy with the services they provided. Unfortunately this is not my experience. I was assured by Alpine that the vehicle I bought only had one issue. the manager Yassir is very competent, he has a very good customer service, I found this place honest, competent and affordable. After some days I went back for another issue on my car, one more time Yassir was just brilliant like the first time. I highly recommend this professional .
