The owner greeted me with a professional pleasant smile and advised me what needed to be done to resolve the issues I was having. He was on point,succinct,pleasant and professional. Very troubling experience with this business. What stood out most was the careless and highly questionable handling of sensitive customer information. Personal identification and payment card details were photographed on a personal device, which is a major red flag for anyone concerned about privacy or fraud prevention.
