Online and on shop says 9 AM open. I made a reservation with U-Haul for 11 so I wouldn’t be charged a late fee. Got here at 8:50 so I had just enough time for check-in to learn the guy won’t be here until 9:30. It’s almost ten now still no service. I had appointments to get to today and am way behind schedule because of this places lack of service. Please never rent a U-Haul from them.
