I tried to get an appointment here and the didn't want. When we were disscusing it, suddenly they said to go to another mechanic when it was super easy. Just leave the car there and that's it, like I've done in other places.
They performed repairs during a WOF recheck that were not listed on the initial inspection report. During the recheck they claimed to find new issues and replaced parts without my consent, then charged me. I returned within the 28-day recheck period and did not authorise additional work. Very disappointed — not professional.
I came without appointment for an emergency for my van, they fixed it, and they were really nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend
