Terrible service and scammers. I brought my car in because my parking brake was broken and I wanted an estimate. They charged me over $200 JUST TO LOOK!!!! It probably didn't take more than 20 minutes. After that, I went to another mechanic to ask how much they charged for an inspection, and they said they didn't charge for an inspection unless they fixed anything. I also asked if I could bring the replacement part and have them install it, and their response was no, that I would have to pay for the full service or nothing. ... read more

Had an issue with our breaks because something got stuck on the wheel but the guy who’s working here (we’re not really sure if his the owner) fixed it quickly. Superb customer service and very straight forward. Highly recommended!!
they found some issues during the WOF and go ahead fixing it without checking with me first This can end up costing more than you expected, especially since it was small issues can fix myself in couple of hours.
Disappointed but relieved it was finally sorted out I brought my car to Alpine Auto because it stopped driving properly. They found a split in the transmission pan, welded it, and refilled the CVT fluid. I was told it was fine to drive, but when I picked it up, the performance still didn’t feel right — slow acceleration, strange engine noise. I was told it was just due to the car’s age and CVT.
