Kenneth answered my call on first try, said he'd be here in 1 hour and was. He was very efficient and very cautious of safety measures with the virus that is affecting the world , while well aware that an elderly person cannot go without a way to prepare food during this frightful time. Kenny from Alpine appliance came out and repaired my dryer at an affordable price, he was very polite and knowledgeable, he had the part on the truck and was able to repair it right away.
