I like living here. Its generally quiet, great neighborhood for evening walks. And its a 5-10 minute drive to virtually everything.
EDIT TWO: After the spring rain, my second bedroom is covered in mold and water damage due to an improperly installed air conditioner. I have been emailing and calling about this for three weeks and all they have done is send out a contracter to paint OVER the bubbling water damaged walls. Seriously, renters beware. See the pic attached. EDIT: Almost a week later and nothing is fixed! Had to call 74 times to talk to anyone! Still at uninhabitable temps according to housing code!! Air conditioner/heating is broken, dishwasher doesn’t turn on, half the outlets don’t work, toilet is leaking, closet doors off the rails, and the screen that’s supposed to be in the window was sitting in the dining room. The location is perfect for what I’ve been looking for — convenient, well-kept, and close to everything I need. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the space and features offered. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the market for a new place.
