Great place to live the apartments are very spacious and i love the open layout for a great price point. I recommend looking into these apartments

Nice spacious apartments located in Kettering school district.

Do not live here!! My boyfriend our two year old and I have been living here for only 6 months and we’ve had roaches since about 3 months into our lease. We have talked to management multiple times and nothing really has been done, they just laid traps but nothing else. Our neighbors have been crazy loud late into the night and all day. Overall this has been a horrible experience so far and we will not be living here after our lease is up. Again DO NOT LIVE HERE!
