This property has such a great location. It's close to everything but still has a neighborhood feel.
BEWARE!!! I toured prior to signing my lease, and there were a few small issues, but management assured me they would be fixed. Key pickup time was moved last minute, when I had all my things ready to go. When I entered the hallway for my unit, it was like a different universe. It smelled sour, like something had died. Wet spots and mold on the walls. I entered my unit, and there were ROACHES at the door to greet me. I immediately called management, who said they’d “put in a service request”. They have mice, roaches and once inside the building to go to an apartment the hallway smells like mildew and the carpet in the hallway looks wet and dirty.
I’ve had a great experience living at The Alpine. The units are very spacious, and nicely renovated, with modern finishes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a updated home
