No es bueno vivir aquí hay muchas cucarachas y ratones mi apartamento siempre lo mantenía limpio tuve q invertir en control de plagas en tapar muchos hoyos para q no entren animales la limpieza es deficiente hay una fuga de agua hace meses en el piso de abajo y da muy mal olor, espero q se cumpla mi contrato de arriendo para poder irme
For three months I have continously called and sent emails and maintenance requests for an unsealed a/c in our second bedroom that has molded over. No one will do anything about it. Property manager came to look at it 2 months ago, said she would send contractors and since does not respond to anything. Great place to live if you want mold poisoning or to not be able to use half of your apartment.
I like living here. Its generally quiet, great neighborhood for evening walks. And its a 5-10 minute drive to virtually everything.
EDIT TWO: After the spring rain, my second bedroom is covered in mold and water damage due to an improperly installed air conditioner. I have been emailing and calling about this for three weeks and all they have done is send out a contracter to paint OVER the bubbling water damaged walls. Seriously, renters beware. See the pic attached. EDIT: Almost a week later and nothing is fixed! Had to call 74 times to talk to anyone! Still at uninhabitable temps according to housing code!!
