EDIT: Almost a week later and nothing is fixed! Had to call 74 times to talk to anyone! Still at uninhabitable temps according to housing code!! Moved in Friday to a virtually uninhabitable unit. Air conditioner/heating is broken, dishwasher doesn’t turn on, half the outlets don’t work, toilet is leaking, closet doors off the rails, and the screen that’s supposed to be in the window was sitting in the dining room. The location is perfect for what I’ve been looking for — convenient, well-kept, and close to everything I need. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the space and features offered. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the market for a new place.
Toured the Alpine last week . The floor plan was really big and the updates in the apartment looked great. The leasing agent was very nice and took her time to go over everything. All though it was not exactly what I was looking for, it was still a really nice runner up.
Great space. Large livingroom /dining room open to kitchen. Bedrooms are huge. Location is prime.
If I could post a 0 star rating, it would be done... DO NOT rent from this place, 3 days for snow removal, raw sewage in bathtubs, soaked floors and walls from an upstairs apartment leak, breaker boxes that would not pass inspection, no screens in windows, cameras that don't work... and the list goes on... save your money unless you want to live in a roach infested trash heap...
