Looked at the building to rent a unit. The gentleman, Ari, I talked to seemed nice enough. They were in the process of installing new gutters on the whole complex, as well as renovating the whole building inside out. Ari has owned the place "for a year or 2" and is trying to get away from the supremely negative reviews from the last owner. Unit looked nice enough, but had a kinda stale air, I made sure for him to show me more than the one unit he offered. They all looked the same.
Trashy, not taken care of.
