Called the night before for Nexgard for my three cats( who have all been seen by this facility). After many years of paying what they call “ a prescription fee” I got wise and started picking up the nexgard for all three cats at once to avoid the “prescription fee”. Was told I could pick up the prescription the next day, I get there and they can’t find my file anywhere , then this elderly gentleman comes out and tells me he can’t dispense the nexgard for two of my cats because they haven’t been there in awhile. Dr Samantha Bray was thorough and caught some other issues that a prior check apparently didn’t see like an ear infection and yeast infection on paws. She is friendly, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend requesting her if you’re new and if she’s already your fur-babies vet, you’ve hit the jackpot with a good dr.
Extremely helpful and took the time to explain the procedure.
