If I can give a zero, I would. The staff is unpleasant, and unprofessional to deal with. They are dishonest, and withhold information, and are not clear on the results. I had to ask for a print out 3 different times of my animal's results. How are these guys still open? Poor attitude, poor attention to detail, and they are rough with the animals. My pet wasn't injured, or had mobility issues until after these clowns had her there. And now she's gone. Wrong medication was prescribed, and it killed her.

These people are literally killing my cat. I took her in for some tests, Priya pulled her tail.. really hard. Not only that, but my cat DID NOT have ANY hip issues, until she got home. Meaning, how they handled her was ROUGH. Then, I go in yesterday to get Diane to send me her results. Front receptionist Diane is awful, rude, condescending, unkind and unhelpful. Spoke to us like we were children and do not understand basic pet care. Do not go there, their practice is unethical and she is withholding. The receptionists do not talk to one another or pass on information and I have had to call several times to follow up on an issue to then call the next day and no one knows what is happening.
