Our pup Lola just recently had to spend the weekend at Alpine and we are so thankful for all the amazing staff that cared for our girl. Dr. Alyssa and her team were so kind, informative and attentive to our baby while she underwent a surgery to have an obstruction removed. Such a scary time for us and we are so grateful she was in such good hands!!
We to the Urgent hospital we trekked our very sick older dog there at 630 pm for they to tell us she couldn't be seen as the doctor was leaving early today. Not helpful for an urgent care!
The doctor was great and empathetic. The front desk receptionist was not as kind. My appointment was about 4 months ago but I forgot to leave a review. I like that they took a nose print of my cat and sent me a card. That was very thoughtful and sweet. They also offer a nice bag to purchase to take your pet home in to burry. The bad is expensive but it was worth it especially because the material was waterproof. The cost came to around $90. It’s cheaper at Alameda hospital but I did not purchase a bag.
I am a first time pet owner and I have a 5 month old dachshund. Last month I went to Alpine for her vaccines and first time check up. They were amazing throughout that process I trusted them enough that I would continue on going to them. Unfortunately, when I was dealing with a bigger issue with my pup this month of vomiting and diarrhea, it led to me spending hundreds of dollars just for them to give me no results back and send her off with meds that didn’t even help her and throughout that process of me opening up of how I... read more
