This review is purely based upon 1 driver and not the overall service of Alpine. Just witnessing how a driver acted on the GSP last week, Van 33, I would never use this company if this person is still employed there. Instead of just driving normal this man thought he was entitled to rule the road and flip off (middle finger) to another driver simply for passing them. Great service. Our tech was knowledgeable and very helpful.
I reached out to Alpine air for Assistance in getting my warehouse space conditioned since we did not have AC in the warehouse. Benny from Alpine and his team jumped in immediately and proposed some options. After settling on an option, the Alpine team immediately jumped into action getting the system installed in a clean and efficient manner. Job came out great, and the system is working amazingly well.
