I had Jason Woods install my AC unit a few years ago in Pioneer and he was professional and did a great job, however my unit unfortunatley went out over the weekend and I left a message on the office phone for a service call. I called back first thing Monday morning and the office lady advised me she would check with Jason to see about scheduling a service call as Jason makes his own schedules? Ridiculous. Won’t do any type of work on A/C unit customer buys. A way to get you to buy through them and up charge the customer.
Scott came out to give us an estimate and he was such a nice guy. He presented all our options and thoroughly explained everything. His bid was fair and we have our new heating and AC installation scheduled. I'll follow up with our installation experience but I trust it will be positive.
Always great service. Would highly recommend. Honest and reasonable.
