Tyler was an incredible service tech. He was on time, polite and professional. He told me everything was fine (I've had the unit for 3 years) and what I needed to do going forward to keep it in good shape for a long life. I appreciate Alpine Air reaching out to me to have the service done. Good price, good people.
Alpine installed a beautiful new combination boiler for heat and hot water. Brian and James did a wonderful and professional job. It was a long day, but they both remained friendly and informative throughout the whole install. I highly recommend Alpine and would never recommend anyone other than Alpine for heating and AC. And many thanks to Bob, general manager, for his advice and responsiveness!
It was raining and Tyler was careful not to track rain or dirt into the house. He was courteous, professional, and gave me the feedback I asked for. He closed the gate as asked. The yearly maintenance fee was reasonable.
Alpine air is no longer located here. It's now a fabric shop, and this person who owns this shop is EXPENSIVE, AND A GRUMPY OLD MAN WITH A BAD ATTITUDE AND A BABY COMPLEX
