Worst Company ever! Filled with liars and when my attorney get finished with them, everybody will be unemployed! I had them come out to clean my duct work and they scammed me as they didn’t clean anything but what I could see with the naked eye! I called my tech, who is suppose to be the manager (Cullen), and he sent me to the HR guy, who turned out to be the overnight switch board operator. I made an appointment to get my vents cleaned with a coupon they offered. They came and told me I had mold. This was false. The tech never even wore a mask to clean and spray the vents at a cost of $584. This company should be shut down. They are a disgrace and are ripping people off.
I called them to clean my air ducts and when they came they said I had mold and it would cost me $584.80 to correct the problem. Interesting to me that the serviceman never wore a mask or protective clothing. Told me he couldn't just clean the ducts but as part of his mold removal he cleaned them first and then sprayed them. Also said they would come back to spray again. Never did. Never had mold! Big scam!
