Highly recommend Alpine Pet Hospital. We’ve been here several times and the team is always so accommodating and professional. Every vet, tech, and front office staff we interacted with have been awesome. We especially appreciate the big waiting room. It’s awesome to have ample space so the dogs/animals aren't crowded while waiting. They make the experience as stress free as possible.
Horrible vet clinic, zero compassion.
I had a very disappointing experience with Alpine Pet Hospital. When I called Alpine Pet Hospital to arrange picking up my dog, the receptionist told me my bill would be almost $2,800. I then spoke directly with the veterinarian at Alpine Pet Hospital, who confirmed the same amount. It is absolutely appalling that just 15 minutes later, when I arrived at Alpine Pet Hospital to pick up my dog, the total had suddenly increased to $3,300 with no clear explanation. Update: my sweet baby had a bit of a relapse in his health, so again brought him in, they knew just what to do! Now my angel is resting and not in distress or feeling crappy. I highly highly recommend them to anyone. The vets are patient, the front staff are welcoming and empathetic to pet parents. All the techs were sweet with him. I love this place! They were great fast and efficient, and the vets are all amazing and took the time to talk to me, and continue to answer any questions I may have
I just wanted to write to thank Dr Courtney Porter and the staff that were working on the evening that my daughter and I had to bring in our critically ill dog. They were compassionate and understanding when giving options for treatments and although we ended up having to put her down there was never any pressure to follow a certain path.
