On Oct 15th 25 we called Alpin Haus RV(Amsterdam, NY) as we have been searching for a Thetford aqua magic iv (4) As we could not find one anywhere, so, we call here and was told "Quote- Yes I can get you one by Friday Oct 17th, (I said, you can get an Thetford aqua magic iv (4)) Sales guy said yes I can, I then asked him to read me the dimensions. The service department doesn't answer the phone. If the do, it will be a miracle. If you speak with someone, they never have answers, they tell you they will call you back but never will. They tell you that they have submitted the work for your vehicle to the manufacturer, but they don't. And you will wait, and wait, and wait for them to fix your vehicle, never updating you on the status. IF and WHEN, I get my claim completed (since the manufacturer won't let me submit directly), I will NEVER EVER deal Alpin Haus again. Go... read more
