A 100/10 experience! I could tell that this isn’t just a job for Chris, but truly her life’s purpose and that is 100% evident in everything she does. The care that she puts into your visit before, during and after is exceptional. I left feeling like a new human and so much more aware of my body’s needs from the inside out. I couldn’t recommend enough! Chris you’re stuck with me!! 😁 I already can’t wait for my next visit!

I was having chronic pain and tightness in my neck and shoulders after an injury. After one session I already feel so much better! I will return for more for sure. :)
Chris is incredible! Not only did she spend time getting to know my specific needs before the session but she also did an amazing job during the massage. She customized it specifically to my pain points and needs with a debrief post massage on what she noticed and how I can continue to support my body outside of these sessions. I couldn’t be more impressed by how knowledgeable she is and I couldn’t recommend her more! I’ll definitely be a regular!
Chris was great. I’m usually very shy and sometimes it can be overwhelming to get services like massages but she made me feel very comfortable and was able to talk about my needs and provided a really anmazing and specialized service. I will be going to her again because she also was able to give me after care instructions for my body and I could tell I will benefit from getting consistent body work done with her!
