The worst customer service I have experienced. First the estimate was 45 minutes, then it took a couple of days to complete the work. He was very defensive when I inquired whether he had experience working on BMWs. His "35 years" of experience was not apparent. When the car was done, I had someone pick up the car for me. He was very unprofessional and rude to them. Apparently he felt he was being attacked, when all I wanted to know how different this car was from the other he had repaired in his 35 years. Alphonso is such an honest and caring guy. I've been having problems on my car that is still under warranty and asked Alphonso's Transmission for a second opinion. Alphonso figured out what was wrong in a matter of minutes. He took my car on a quick road test and looked at my fluids and noticed that the dealership messed up on my car. Alphonso told me what to say and showed me where to have the dealership look over my transmission. Having Alphonso look at my car saved me from an expensive mistake.
