I saw a physio here for my disc bulge issues but I found they didn’t help at all. I ended up going to another physio that gave me massages and strengthening exercises that has helped with my disc bulge.

I visited this clinic after suffering a shoulder injury in Oct 2023, hoping to get some professional help. However, my experience was disappointing. I've been coming here for years for various injuries. And even though I now live on the other side of the city, I still visit. Totally worth the 30 minute drive! Currently working through a knee injury and grateful for the group class sessions (with my physio). I personally love how there's so many different specialists in the one spot - makes it easy to share my notes around.
