Kind and respectful, the best treatment possible I could have.
Dr. Alphin himself is ok as a Doctor, but this review is based on his receptionist and she is the worst! I honestly believe that she may be responsible for extended wait times to actually get an appointment to see Dr. Alphin. She is very abrupt and often down right rude, both over the phone, as well as in person in the office. People are only ever referred to a Specialist when there are extenuating and often serious health issues, but there will never be any kindness, understanding or sense of urgency shown from his receptio... read more
Dr Alphin is a great guy and doctor. He's a straight shooter and you can tell that he cares. Gentle, soft spoken, goes straight to the point. I really appreciate the guy. The staff too. Quite proffessional and friendly. From me, 5 stars. No less.
He’s fantastic. Love him. Best urologist I’ve ever had. I’m always happy to see him and he’s always done a fabulous job.
