BEWARE : DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS - Very unprofessional, inconsistent pricing - untrustworthy - these guys wanted to charge me $960 to install springs, but didn’t include the cost of the springs, where if I purchased different springs but had them installed by Ian and his team, they could supply the springs for $525 and the price of springs and the installation of the springs would be $984. Not happy with Bailey's phone professionalism. Alpheys.. Used to be perfect. Rate 2.5stars today 😞 The worst thing was returning my car with the boot Not Closing and my car key not working too. It was there 2 days and they didn't care that it didn't work. Turned out it was a plastic cap caught in the door frame, that took myself 5mins to find, easy fix. You can't return a car to a customer like that 😠 They played the blame game over the phone, blaming the tow truck driver, when it was their fault when putting the tow plug ... read more
They’re always available to help with booking a vehicle and are quick to respond to any service requested. Also send a reminder text Lovely, honest people — very friendly, with great customer service. Their adorable furbabies always add a bit of fun and entertainment. This is the first garage Ive been to since I moved over here to Australia, definitely no regrets I recommend them to anyone!!
yesterday thursday the 22 of may 025 my first time coming to alpheys's garage and i got a really nice welcome by two beautiful dogs. the staff members and i communicated and treated me nice and respectful.
