yesterday thursday the 22 of may 025 my first time coming to alpheys's garage and i got a really nice welcome by two beautiful dogs. the staff members i communicated with treated me nice and respectful.
Took my car to get a part replaced. Kept being given new pick up times and different reasonings for the pick up times. Went a weekend without a car was told it would be ready mid morning Monday so i confidently booked a medical appointment I needed for the arvo only to keep being messed around about a pick up time then they call me dead on their closing time to tell me I can pick my car up. Very friendly and professional service, fixed my leaking valve cover and replaced my spark plugs while i hung around the shops, went to pick up my car and they gave me a detailed explanation on spark plugs and other mechanical woes
Extremely Disappointed I took my VW Jetta in for routine service and to address an issue with the EPC light that had come on once. When I got my car back, the EPC light was still on, the engine light was illuminated, and there was a noticeable lack of power—essentially, the car was undrivable.
