My husband found this company after a disappointing experience with our Mercedes dealership. Alpha Sound replaced our complete central control unit which controlled bluetooth, backup camera, radio, navigation, and stereounit in our 2017 Mercedes glc 43 amg and as an added bonus they added carplay which this car did not have originally. They did this at a fraction of what the dealer was asking and in my opinion probably did better work than the dealer would have. Had to leave this review—the guys at the shop were amazing. The prices were worth the drive. If you call around Metro Atlanta, a lot of places will overcharge you for way less work than what these guys do. Give them a call, talk to them, set something up. You’ll see they’re not just into audio—they actually take the time to explain what’s going on with your system and how you can upgrade it without breaking the bank.
