My husband found this company after a disappointing experience with our Mercedes dealership. Alpha Sound replaced our complete central control unit which controlled bluetooth, backup camera, radio, navigation, and stereounit in our 2017 Mercedes glc 43 amg and as an added bonus they added carplay which this car did not have originally. They did this at a fraction of what the dealer was asking and in my opinion probably did better work than the dealer would have. Had to leave this review—the guys at the shop were amazing. The prices were worth the drive. If you call around Metro Atlanta, a lot of places will overcharge you for way less work than what these guys do. Give them a call, talk to them, set something up. You’ll see they’re not just into audio—they actually take the time to explain what’s going on with your system and how you can upgrade it without breaking the bank. I drive past Alphasound everyday and after stopping in to meet Omar I was convinced that I would use his shop should the opportunity ever present. Well last week it did. They installed an amp and replaced all speakers in my 2021 X5. It sounds amazing and aside from the major upgrade in sound there is no trace that anything had been altered. I wanted to maintain the factory look and I am 110% pleased with the outcome. AMAZING JOB!!!
