Can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and care taken with the service of our van. Communication was spot on and reception staff outstanding. 10/10 guys
Had a plumbing issue that I could not solve by myself. Phoned Alpha from Dover who were happy to have a look. On arrival they checked it out and had the parts on hand. In less than 30 minutes, we were on our way. Great service, friendly and easy to deal with even though they were busy. Highly recommended.
Went in looking for something they didn't have, they offered alternate versions that weren't quite right and went out of their way to find something that would work enough to get me out of trouble, not sure who the lady was I spoke to but she was super friendly, super helpful and I would recommend this place just off her service alone.
What a great company. Whilst travelling Tasmania, I needed Thetford toilet parts. No problems, had them on the shelf. Got talking to Laurie and he was more than willing to help. Very knowledgeable and even though very busy, took the time to explain my hot water system issues. Highly recommend using these guys. Thanks once again, Laurie. Really appreciated!
