Our experienced team are skilled in all aspects of caravan and RV construction, repair and service including carpentry, welding, joinery, gas fitting, 12 and 240 volt electrics, plumbing and mechanics. Our shop is stocked with a huge range of accessories and spare parts and if we don’t have it we will do our best to source it for you.

Had a long winded repair due to some miscommunications between us both but repairs sorted and relationship survived . Staff remained respectful and helpful throughout the process and I commend them for that ! PS good coffee in the Cafe Cheers Peter
We are from the big island and only been in Tassie for 4 days when an unexpected wind event hit us while site seeing. It tipped the awning onto the roof of the caravan and broke the frame of the caravan. I phoned Alpha's caravan & RV centre today , they didn't have the new parts to repair the damage , but to keep us enjoying beautiful Tassie, the team found enough 2nd hand parts to get us up and back on the road. We thank the staff at Alpha's for the prompt and curtious service.
Outstanding service. Outstanding, welcoming honest people. As busy as they were, Laurie fitted us in at short notice to fix our Thetford fridge gas issue. We also had the motorhome door die on us and that looked like a hopeless situation. We were so anxious and miserable about what lay ahead. But thanks to the incredible smarts of Sam, (what and who she did not know about RVs was not worth knowing), and the determination of Tim, our master locksmith, we would not be where we are now, having the rest of our wonderful holiday ... read more
I went to Kings Traer shop next Door to this place. The service was just incredible, before I arrived home Kings had rang to say " the Job was done", I will tell everybody to go there to get sorted for Camping and anything Trailers and towing Fantastic.
Thanks to Alpha's Caravans service we are back on the road. Same day service with a new water pump and diesel heater pump installed. Handy when you are living out of the van for 3 months exploring Tassie.
