Cannot recommend this place enough! The gym is well stocked with equipment, full of friendly people, and the owner is a fantastic guy who helps out everyone he can.

Alphas is an amazing gym with even more amazing people. The environment they’ve built really makes you feel like you want to be there and push hard to improve. The gym itself is very clean and all the equipment is quality and well maintained. Alphas has everything you could be looking for with even friendlier faces inside. I’d highly recommend anyone if they live in the area or are just passing through stop in and check it out!

I’ve been a member for a couple of years here and will continue to lift here as long as I’m in Highland. I was initially nervous because I’m very “to myself” when I lift and this gym is known for their tribe (in the beginning I wasn’t really interested in this aspect if I’m being honest) but WOW was I wrong. The members are above average but the owners (both) are genuinely some of the best people I’ve met in town. I was passing through Highland for the weekend and noticed out of all the fitness centers here, there was one GYM. I called the number and was immediately answered by the owner who was very accommodating, telling me the gym code and waiving any drop in fee. Upon entering, I met his wife who was very welcoming. I love the vibe of this gym. It’s so… METAL. The testosterone in the air is just different. We need more gyms like it, if I ever come back to the area, I won’t have to worry about where I’m getting my lift in
