I tried a fitness boxing class and was highly impressed, the staff were kind and caring and even helped me wrapped my hands. The workout was challenging, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I highly recommend alphas to anyone interested in fitness, boxing, or kickboxing.
Great gym I highly recommended!!!!??
Great equipment great environment and not busy at all. Spoke with the owner over the phone to ask about a day pass and he just gave me the door code, didn’t charge. Never a better experience with a gym.

Just joined about 6 months ago. I’ve been a member of a different gym about 9 years. This is an amazing gym. The classes are the best workout ever! The people are all uplifting and amazing! I’m noticing results from classes that I didn’t get at my old gym. Travis and the Alphas team are absolutely great! So many great things I could say! This is a great gym to join!
